Public Practices

All of our practices are public, and family friendly.

Currently, we have one practice - Sunday evenings.

Sunday, 4 pm, meet at the parking garage, on Edwards Street (see map below for directions). This practice typically lasts 2+ hours, and is excellent for beginners. There are lots of unis & shoulders to work with!

We are continually growing in membership & looking forward to meeting more people. New members typically learn how to ride in 3 to 6 practices, regardless of initial skill level.

All members are encouraged to practice basic skills in their free time, & work together at our open practices! Be bold - ask someone to give you a shoulder or spot you!

Elm City Unicycling was started in 2008 by a small group of cyclists in New Haven. This website was designed to be simple & effective, presenting the information about the club while calling attention to those who support us.
